JM House

The 90 sqm JM house was the typical İstanbul Moda terrace house from the '60s. The owners wanted to have a home for a creative young couple. We ripped off all angled division walls to have an open-plan for living, dining, cooking and working. The client also encouraged us to use colors inside, so we combined colorful objects with natural materials. We also used handmade İstanbul tiles and tried to design every object in the house.
